Good morning! Friday Weigh Day! I'm down 1.2 lbs. this week! I'm very happy about that. This is the first time I've been out of the 130's in 5 years!
Another pound to go and I'll be at my old set point. I'll keep on trying to kick it up a notch in the exercise department because really think that is what is giving me good results.
This morning was an all weight workout with 8 minutes of jump rope at the end. It was a good workout, but not my favourite so far of this 30 day challenge. I prefer the mix of skipping and weighted work...but still a good workout
