Hi everyone. I have been reading posts but haven't posted as my sinus pressure turned into cold. Drinking lots of water.

Goals will be simple this week
1. Eat sensibly
2. Drink lots of liquids

Another goal should be to try to be thankful. I have to attend a birthday party for my Aunt with relatives I don't get along with (an understatement). We are having thanksgiving with my brother and family on Sun. Such as it is since my sister-in-law doesn't like turkey or pumpkin pie. I miss the leftovers, the smells.

Wow I just lost a whole post in cyber space. I weighed my self this morning and I am at 171 same as last week and 3 pounds more than I was in September. I have been mentally and physically exhausted by house work. When Thanksgiving is over I will get back to walking again.

Not great nutrition today but in addition to meeting my goal of recording everything I ate I kept the calories at a much better level.

Robin, I haven't been in touch. What is going on with you? (only if you want to discuss it) I will be saying prayers for you.

Just on-going testing related to MS. Nothing new has happened since May (legs) but my arm is still numb since last Jan.

I had the LB today and I feel fine, in fact good, but I have to "take it easy" so as to not re-open the injection site. I'm pretty sure that daily yoga made a big difference in the ease of the procedure today.

They tried to feed me pepsi or coke at the hospital. I said no way don't I don't touch pop. Apparently I have to lay the caffeine to me. Nursing a coffee right now,
