Especially high in vitamin A, calcium, fiber, and protein.... 363% vitamin A - 6% vit C - 28% calcium - 6% iron - 6% vit D - 4% vit E 187 calories - 32 carbs - 7 fiber - 17 protein 1/2c pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) 1/2c fat free organic greek yogurt 1/4c organic 1% milk 2/3c organic cubed, frozen butternut squash 1t + 1/8t pumpkin pie spice 1/8t cinnamon 1t agave nectar 3 Large ice cubes Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Serves 1 |

Ingredients: 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 3 Tbsp walnuts 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 1.5 cups water 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp all spice 3 ice cubes Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
