Hi!

Would you like to know how many calories?

If not dont read any further lol

3 ripe mashed bananas = 315 calories
1/3 cup plain apple sauce = 35 calories
2 cups oats = 1215 calories
1/4 almond milk = 20 calories
1/2 cup raisins (optional) = 217 calories
1 tsp vanilla = 12 calories
1 tsp cinnamon = 16 calories

Depending on how many cookies this will make you are looking at 1830 calories (give or take based on brands) divided by number cookies.

for i.e. 1830 calories / 20 cookies = 91.5 calories each.

I'm back again. I have been trying to find a very low calories cookies recipe and cant find anything under 150 calories per cookie!

So, I was thinking if I can make these cookies without the oats and the raisin, maybe with walnut (2 cups 366 calories), that could make this 770 calories in total.

Question is how many cookies can this make? Even if it makes 10 cookies that's still 77 calories each which is very good!

Using Fitday.com database, typed 'Oat', selected 2 cups, its 1214 calories.

Now there's also 'Oats Raw' which comes up to 622 calories for 2 cups.

Not sure which one the OP meant.

I checked on another database, same calorie amount.

Gotcha, I was wondering because I was looking at Oats, raw.

Is that your car in your avatar?
