My doctor suggest mi to eat fruits as my diet..

Default Not all fruits are good when you're on a diet

Some fruits are rich in sugar and if you're on a diet you don't want to eat that. Apples and pears are fruits that are diet-friendly. You can snack on them and it's also good for digestion.

Question Never knew it

I never knew that eating fruit is a bad thing when you are watching your weight. I've always preferred fruits than veggies and since they are nutritious, I've never thought that they are bad.
