Not all fruits are good when you're on a diet
 
Some fruits are rich in sugar and if you're on a diet you don't want to eat that. Apples and pears are fruits that are diet-friendly. You can snack on them and it's also good for digestion.

I never knew that eating fruit is a bad thing when you are watching your weight. I've always preferred fruits than veggies and since they are nutritious, I've never thought that they are bad. :confused:

Bananas are pretty much non-negotiable for me as they keep me from cramping (potassium)

I really like to eat fruit .And it very helpful to our health.By eating fruit ,we get the energy to live fit and it is very important.Ayurveda is also work good for health.
