While I'm not promoting Rachael Ray I did see on the cover of her magazine that she has a lot of soups in her current issue.
I checked some out and they look pretty good. I'm always looking for more soup recipes because they fill me up without a lot of calories and can easily incorporate more veggies into my diet. Plus it's a lot less sodium than buying soup in a can. Unfortunately she doesn't include the nutritional values for her dishes (a pet peeve of mine
) but I suppose just enter the values in and figure it out here.
