Default Wasa Nachos

It takes a little getting used to but not bad at all really. I learned recently that it's possible to use Wasa crackers as an alternative to tortilla chips. Just take about 3 or 4 of them and break them into "chip" sized pieces. Then put low fat turkey chili on the top and some fat free cheese. Yummy.

The regular wasa can be pretty cardboard-like. But the newer thins, especially the thins with seseme are pretty darned good. I bet they would be great with this recipe!
