Ingredients
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup light buttermilk
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate until served.
