Default turkey bacon

I use turkey bacon in place of regular bacon - it is only 25 cal a slice - you do not get the drippings but they are only fat - makes a great BLT - I use very little mayo (on one side of bread only) I also cut off the bread crust - I use it also chopped up in a salad or hot spinach salad.

Yes, turkey bacon is a wonderful thing! I actually prefer it to real bacon, which tends to make me feel kind of queasy.
