Protein Shake Recipe
I just wanted to share one of my favorite protein shake recipes with everyone. I generally use this as a post-workout shake/ It's nothing fancy, but it tastes fantastic and wanted to share. I swear it tastes just like strawberry ice cream.
Vanilla Whey - 1 scoop
Hood Calorie Countdown Milk - 1 cup
Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control Vanilla yogurt (these come in 4oz. packs) - 1 pack
Strawberries (fresh, not frozen) - 4oz.
3 Ice Cubes
Cal - 276
Fat - 3.8
Carb - 27.9 (Half of this is from the strawberries)
Protein - 37.7
Start Date: 6/1/12 - 282 lbs.
3 month goal: 9/5/12 - 260 lbs.
6 month goal: 12/5/12 - 240 lbs.
9 month goal: 3/5/13 - 220 lbs.
Final Goal: 6/5/13 - 200 lbs.
Current Weight: 248.4 lbs.
