I don't eat tuna (puke) but Hellmanns light Mayo is only 35 cals and 3.5 fat. It only has .5 sat fat. I really can't taste the difference between reg or light mayo.
Not a fan of fat free anything unless it is naturally fat free. |
I know this is an old thread, but I wasn't sure where else to share this. I wanted to let you guys know about a new product called Just Mayo, which is a plant-based mayo substitute. It is very good. I don't have anything to do with the company that makes it, I'm just excited because they're putting out a whole bunch of plant-based products that will take the place of mayo, scrambled eggs, cookie dough, etc. Deep down, eating "replacement" foods kinda eeks me out, but I am allergic to chicken eggs (which I love and miss terribly!) and duck eggs are hard to get in the winter, so I'm looking forward to trying more of these products. Hope this helps someone out there.
Cheers! |
Sounds good. If it tastes good, great!

You can USE LOW FAT MAYO:D

I make tuna salad with bottled ranch dressing instead of mayo.

Hi, since I have a dairy intolerance, I use avocado and flavor it up with a lot of spices. Its very versatile. I love it!
