Thats it... if you know of another snack with no sugar (carbs) or fat in it let me know.

I love this time of year, all kinds of fresh produce in season. Past few days I've been slicing a whole cucumber, spread it out to cover a plate, a little salt, and munch like potato chips. 19 calorie snack for TV and computer watching time, or on the side with a nice whole grain sandwich. So refreshing in this heat too. Blueberries are in season too, excellent popcorn replacement.

Smile Cucumber "chips"

If you like salsa, use your cucumber "chips" to it up. The crunch makes you feel like you are really eating the chips!

sterlingkiss- The caramel greek yogurt is from Oikos. So far, I have only seen it in a four pack of smaller individual cups. I haven't tried it yet, but I've heard good things about it.

Oikos makes a chocolate 4-pack as well; it's wonderful with raspberries or strawberries. I haven't been able to find the caramel...boo.

I found the caramel Oikos at Meijer, it's so yummy with apple slices that I can't even type about it without wanting some....

I just found the Oikos Caramel Greek yogurt at Target, and I'm eating right now! It is so good! The cups are a little small (4 oz.) because I am used to eating a decent size bowl of plain greek yogurt, and a bit pricey ($4.49/4 pack of 4 oz. cups), but I like it anyway! I will have to look for coupons and try the chocolate.

I can't wait to go home and be able to enjoy stuff like Greek Yogurt and Cottage Cheese again!
