Canned Turkey and Chicken Ideas

I have some canned turkey and chicken here in the pantry. The kind that comes in those small flat round cans that is packed in water.

Any ideas on some good things to do with this food?

Thanks.

Heat it up in some homemade taco seasoning and a little chicken broth, and make a huge taco salad; here's the recipe I use, though I play kind of fast and loose with the measurements:

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

I hate to say this, but read the nutritional label on that stuff before you eat it. Some varieties are horribly fat and calorie laden, you might change your mind about ingesting it. That being said, you can make a 1/2 way decent chicken soup with a can of that, some frozen veggies, possibly some starch (potatoes, rice or noodles) and a cup or two of broth. I usually make broth with water and bullion cubes, but to each her own.

2 or 3 grams of fat and 100 or so calories

is that bad?

I see that you're able to get into your old account. Please decide which account you want to use and tick with that one, having to accounts can cause issues, besides being confusing.
