Trumph of the Veggies
Last night I was famished after work as I was beginnig to prepare dinner. A nice chunk of cheddar in the fridge was calling to me ("just one slice"). I reached past it to a container of fresh green beans, celery and peppers, all chopped up, washed and ready to eat (they were a left over).
A tablespoon of lite blue cheese dressing into a pretty dish, and I had lovely cru d'ete's as I cooked, yummy, crunchy, fresh.
Take that Mr. Cheddar, the veggies won!
