Only 150 Calories for Whole Pound!
A friend of mine who has lost almost 100 pounds tipped me about this...
Go to Walmart and in the Frozen Food Section you will find: Great Value-No Sugar Added-Sliced Peaches The whole bag (One Pound) only has 150 calories... So, spread the peaches out on a large plate and defrost them in the microwave for about 2 minutes... They will still be nice and cold, but not frozen stiff... Sprinkle a couple of packs of Splenda... Enjoy...and only 150 calories... :) |
If you don't like Peaches, you can find a pound of Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries at Walmart also. The whole pound also only has 150 calories. Just thaw them out with the microwave for a few minutes and sprinkle a couple of packs of Splenda over them and enjoy.
Again, the WHOLE POUND has only 150 calories and it is filling also. |
