I'm confused with the variety of options available to me
So I get a chicken breast and I want to know how much the amount of calories my chicken has, so I search that. Then I get all these options. Same with other foods. This is just overwhelming sometimes :/

I got another question though. Say I fry the chicken breast. Should I weigh the chicken after frying it then include the information in here this section: "Chicken, breast, fried, no coating"?
