atkins diet

Iam on the 3rd of the introduction to the akins diet. Need help with recipe ideas, meat, and the few veggies I eat, broccoli, caulflower and green beans are about all I eat beside eggs and cheese. Any ideas out there?:confused:

It's been a few years since I did Atkins but I found quite a few recipes at Atkins Diet & Low Carbohydrate Support. If you google low carb forums a bunch will come up and most offer recipes.

Button - I too am following Atkins. Here is a GREAT site for recipes. I have pretty much tried the majority of them!
