I have the powdered kind, and I think it works well in hot tea and coffee. I also sprinkle it on a grapefruit, and I've lately been making some great lemonade with it. 1 cup of fresh-squeezed lemon juice, enough stevia to equal the sweetness of 1 cup of sugar (2 tablespoons of the powder I have), and 6 cups of water. I think it has a great taste and makes some great treats.
