Sauces for chicken and veggies

Hi all just wondering if anyone had any healthy ideas for sauces for chicken/leab turkey and vegetables as I am dieting at the moment. I have come up with a little barbeque sauce mixed with dijon mustard and water which is pretty tasty and also a little peanut butter and soy souce....anyone else got any good ideas?

Fat free sour cream makes a nice sauce, as does fat free Italian salad dressing and/or balsamic vinegar. Steak sauce is also fairly low in calories.

Light flavoured cream cheese works pretty nice over veg and pasta I'm sure it would work over chicken too, I like the phlli range they have some nice ones.

Tomato based sauces can be good too just be careful theres not too much oil in them. My local market does fresh soups the tomato basil one reduces down to a lovely sauce with only 260 cals per 600g carton, its really yum, I use it on everything, including omletes.

I can't believe I totally forgot salsa!!! It's pretty low in calories, like 20-40 per 1/2 cup.

A marinade of sugar free jam, brown sugar/splenda brown, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce stirred together is really good for chicken or fish. If you're at the last 1/4 of the jam jar just toss the rest of it into the jar and shake it up and pour over your meat and let sit. I've also used this to baste while grilling.
