last night I had boiled shrimp (cooled quickly in ice water) with cocktail sauce, then a huge veg. salad. Delicious for a hot evening!

I had a Fage with a tbsp of sugar free jam swirled in for breakfast- thanks to a sweet tip I read here.

I just finished an apple and a Nutrigrain bar for 200 calories of a good time. Very satisfying!

What's for lunch folks?

Ceasar salad with a bit of chicken for lunch. Skipped the bread and butter. Now it's time for a snack, 'cuz those salads just don't stick with me!

2 cups of cubed watermelon.

According to the log, that's only 91 calories! I'll take watermelon over any of those 'bag-o-air' 100 calorie snacks any day!

Watermelon is my favorite summer food! Currently eating Steel Cut Oatmeal with strawberries, bananas, and a little almond milk...

Lunch today (and every work day) is

Iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots & red cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, 1oz sharp cheddar cheese, a sprinkle of low fat mozzarella, mild pepper rings, bread & butter pickles, croutons & fat free Ken's Italian (or Ranch) dressing.
