I had a Fage with a tbsp of sugar free jam swirled in for breakfast- thanks to a sweet tip I read here.
I just finished an apple and a Nutrigrain bar for 200 calories of a good time. Very satisfying!

Lunch today (and every work day) is
Iceberg lettuce with shredded carrots & red cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, 1oz sharp cheddar cheese, a sprinkle of low fat mozzarella, mild pepper rings, bread & butter pickles, croutons & fat free Ken's Italian (or Ranch) dressing.
