For breakfast, I had steel cut oats, (made with 1/2 ff milk and 1/2 water) blueberries and brown sugar. A nice change from oatmeal!

I had a delicious breakfast of 1 cup plain fat free yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup raisins and 1/3 cup grapenuts. Now I have steaming hot Maxwell House French press coffee...mmmmm yummy!!

Just finished my dinner...kale with yellow splitpea stew, salad of baby spinach and raw veggies (asparagus, squash and baby carrots), small portion of baked cod.

Wild caught shrimp marinated in lime juice, garlic and cilantro. Grilled and served over angel hair pasta with broc.

we all know that food is the most important thing for our life.we can't live without food.with the food we get energy to do work properely.if we eat fresh food then we will become fit forever.so eat fresh food and be fit forever.

A nice caffe Americano venti with fresh apple slices garnished with a little bit of Jif extra chunky.....Now to get on with the day!

Hubby just served me olive oil and herb broiled salmon and mashed potatoes. I am still 200 cal under for the day.
