Question low sodium recipes

My husband is a heart patent and is on a low sodium,low fat,low cal. diet he is only allowed 2000mg of sodium a day and im starting to run out of ideas on what to cook. Does anyone have a good recipes that doesnt taste like cardboard?

I use Mrs. Dash to season a lot of my meat. There are so many varieties now and I don't miss the salt. I don't have to do it for my health but made a choice to do so.

Mrs. Dash is good and Mortons make a salt substitute that IMO tastes like salt.
