recipe 1
here i a new recipes i will post new recipes weekly on this forum. you guys can try them out and let me know how it turns out
Salmon Blueberry Mango Salsa
Ingredients
1/3 cup diced mango
2 tbs minced red onion
1/3 cup blueberries
2 tbs minced red bell pepper
1 tbs minced cilantro
1/2 tps minced jalapenoes
1 tps lime juice
2 tps crane juice
1/2 tps olive oil
4 salmon fillets
1/4 tps salt
Directions
*medium bowl combine all ingredients of blueberry salsa
* lightly brush salsa with fork set aside
* heat live oil in large saucepan over medium- high heat
* season salmon and sear 3-5 minutes on each side(salmon cooked through)
* serve salmon with 1/4 cpu of blueberry mango salsa
