Just One Trick
I don't know if this was already suggested but a good trick to stay a craving is modify it.The other day I was craving apple pie so I sliced an apple, sprinkled cinnamon on it and baked it in the toaster oven for 10 minutes. Scrumptious AND guilt-free.

eat every 3 hours to help your metabolism an jump start and never be hungry. dont forget the water :P
