Question Keeping up with the sugar in you diet ???

I have just joined FIT DAY for tracking my food and so far I love it. Can you track the Sugar in your food ?

Unfortunately Fitday does not allow you to track sugar. Many here would like to see that as an enhancement. Sugar is a sub-category of carbohydrates so it is counted in the Carbohydrate total but not as a seperate sub-category like Trans-fat.
