If any users on here are like me they love Hollandaise sauce, but it's off-limits because of the extremely high fat and calorie count. I found a recipe online that cuts out 90% of the fat and calories:
Nadja Foods - Light Hollandaise Sauce
This sauce (in my opinion) tastes better than the regular fatty version and contains about 10% of the fat and calories. I have analyzed the nutrition information (besides grams of fat and calories) if anybody wants it. It's quite high in sodium but still makes a relatively healthy occasional treat.
