Default soduim
How much sodium is recommended perday? I have a 32oz. bottle that I drink water out of 2-3 times a day. I'm not running to the restroom as often as I think I should, however I sweat really easy so I'm wondering if that's why?? I don't drink anything other than water, nor do I eat out at all.
