Default Greek yogurt fat free

I'd never heard of this stuff before, so I was skeptical but it's actually pretty good. Much thicker than the usual stuff (this has the look and consistency of thick cream) I get mine in a 1 litre tub from Costco. I put about 4 grams of that low GI Blue Agave sweetener in it. Ooh yes, quite a treat!

I get the single serve ones, less dangerous that way. Nice protein fix, a little calcium, and satisfies the dairy craving nicely.

I just love it. Much thicker, lots of proteins, no fat and makes nice shakes. My favorite is mixing it with frozen fruit and sweetener: great ice cream =)
Great dessert and bring up my protein ratio.

Thumbs up

I just had some Dannon greek yogurt - fat free, soooo yummy! I use the plain one for a sprouted mung bean dish that is to die for from my Krishna Vegetarian cookbook. Hit me up if you want the recipe.

I like a couple of Tablespoons of low-sugar jam stirred into mine. It's also great with a T of taco seasoning stirred in and either dumped over a taco salad or used as dip for tomatoes and peppers. Another thing I like to do with it is to make it into ranch or onion dip for veggies. I keep thinking one of these days I'm going to whip it with a beaten egg, toss in a bit of sweetening and bake it like a cheese cake....
