Bed Time Snacks ...yum
ok here is what I have been on the last couple of days.
sugar free jello - a tablespoon or so of vanilla and a tblsp of cheesecake flavor
1 cup low fat cottage cheese...
a little bit of water
splenda.... up to you
blend until curd is dissolved .
pour into cup . set on scale . mix in 32 grams of natural peanut butter...i prefer chunky or creamy and add walnuts.
place in fridge and allow to chill until it becomes the consistency of pudding ...then enjoy
macros....36g protein / 12 g carb / 18 g fat
any body else got anything?
Mark, do you know if that jello is vegetarian? Must admit, I've been pretty happy with low fat plain yoghurt with honey and two tablespoons of soy protein powder.
