This has been a long standing shortcoming of Fitday, there is no seperate field for sugar. Food labels (in the US) show the sugar as a sub-category of the carbohydrates just like fiber. On Fitday you are forced to include sugar grams in the carbohydrate total.

Default Sugar / Alcohol

I have the same question but I wonder if sugar is considered alcohol as not many recipes have an alcohol content. I have been putting the sugar content in this field.

But I am not certain this is correct. Does anyone know for sure?
