Default Adding something to my food log

how do i calculate the sugar in something? is that what the alcohol spot is for?

Sugar is a carbohydrate. Nutrition labels have sugar as a sub-category under carbohydrates. Fitday (unfortunately) only allows you to input the total carbohydrates for a custom food.

Alcohol is for just that, alcohol. Like in beer, wine or liquor.
