I decided to post pics of some of my meals. Besides, it will keep me honest and motivated. Any input would be appreciated.

That looks like what I'm gonna be making tomm. for dinner. I had an extra strip steak from my bbq over the weekend that's gonna make an awesome stir fry.

My wife found these beef skewers at the store. They were already glazed in teriyaki sauce. She took the skewer out, threw the meat in an iron skillet, cooked it for a few, and then threw in the mixed veggies. A little brown rice on the side.

Nope, no pic here

Just 1/2 cup of oats with cinnamon, tsp of Smart Balance, and 2 tsp sugar (I still use the real stuff, because 1)this is the only part of the day I eat it and 2)something will eventually be found wrong with all the fake stuff).

Here's one of my Lunches-

White corn tortillas
1 cup shrimp,1 oz red,green & yellow bell peppers, cooked on grill
Avocado, cilantro and homemade pinto beans & feta cheese
With lots of cayenne pepper & tabasco:D

My weekend breakfast-
Egg white omlette with, red & green bell pepper, green onions, mushrooms, minced garlic,& spinach cooked in olive oil.
Topped with Cilantro, feta and a couple slices of avocado and corn tortillas on the side.

Weekday breakfast almost identical except everything gets thrown into to whole wheat pita shell and wrapped up to eat once I get to work.
