I love to start my day off with a healthy smoothie. Sometimes I'll add protein powder if its post-workout but usually I just like to add some Greek yogurt.

First of all thanks for sharing this amazing page. I won’t need to google each type of smoothie again and again. I had a quick review and noticed there is a smoothie named coco peanut banana shake which appealed me the most and I am definitely going to try it. |

I love smoothies too! When I drink it I feel full already that I don't feel the need to eat lunch or dinner. Thanks for the recipes.
