Hey,
I've been on a normal diet for a long time and losing weight as well but not so fast, that I want to. I've heard about smoothies but thought that maybe it doesn't work. Well as you've shared your research here it seems effective, And I'm planning to try it, I'll be so thankful of you if it'd really be a faster and effective. I appreciate your sharing by the way.

Smoothies and protein drinks are great for a meal replacement, but soy (you mentioned soy) can interfere with thyroid function, so it might be something to keep in mind. You might also want to investigate fructose (in the fruit) and weight loss, as in Dr. Richard Johnson's book "Fat Switch".

However, the drink looks delicious! Some of us can handle fruit...some can't
