Default non-fat cheese spread

I found a pretty good combination today: I mixed non-fat cream cheese with an equal amount of 0% fat Greek yogurt. It is surprisingly good!

I put aside some for other uses (don't know what - yet) and made a spread for crackers. It had some onion powder, garlic powder, dried buttermilk (powder), dill weed, salt and pepper. Not bad.

I'm also a fanatic. Always hunting the new diet plans that can be pretty effective and faster to lose weight, And I've used a thing such like this what you've shared and I feel, when you had this, it still makes you feel a lil hungry. So to feel full when you have it more and more it comes up equal to other diets which contains calories that we had on daily basis. Why do you think it really works?
Well it sounds delicious.

It's 'filling' - creamy and thick.
