I "cheat" once a week, but with an up to 250 cal. snack, not with a meal. Normally a candy bar on Sundays. Of course, I'm not trying to lose weight, just trying to be more healthy (cut out most processed foods, added sugars, salt, etc.).
For me, cheating is not an option. I have a problem with food and need to not get caught up in food as a reward. Food nourishes my body. I'll find other activities to nourish my mind/soul.
My 2 cents worth

For me personally, cheating seriously isn't a solution. I have a problem with foods and need to not necessarily get swept up with foods as a reward. Meals feeds my personal body. I am going to uncover alternative activities to nurture my personal mind/soul.
