Recipe - Cookie Dough Bites
Cookie Dough Bites
Makes 12 Bites 2/3 cup almond meal 1/3 cup oats 1 scoop protein powder 2 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. maple syrup 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Blend all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) in a food processor until a dough forms. Using your hands, blend in the chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and form into a ball. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the fridge. Yum Yum!!!! |

Ooh, that sounds soooooooo yummy! Who would think cookie dough could be so nutritious, eh? I'm sure I can (AND WILL! LOL) adapt that to more low carb for myself. THANKS!!!!!
