Weighted moving average of weight
I'd like to see the weighted moving average of my weight in a chart.
The simplest equation is: MWA_today = MWA_yesterday + 0.1 * (weight_today - MWA_yesterday). 10% is a good value which is relatively sensitive to daily changes but is stable enough to show the trend.
A chart showing daily weight values only is pretty useless as the weight can go up and down by a few lbs depending on water retention and food consumption. Is there a way to get the weighted moving average displayed together with the weight.
