food log by meals?
I am new here and just learning how to use FitDay. Is there a way to categorize your food into meals within a day? For example I would like to enter what I had for breakfast and then what I had a snack and then for lunch, etc. The way I am doing it now it is all just lumped together for the entire day.
Any insight is appreciated!
Hi there; sorry, your question got by me so I'm a bit late in answering.
There is no automatic way, but many folks do it by creating a custom food called something like ******Breakfast****** and just entering 0 values for calories, fat, carbs, etc. and entering that in at the appropriate spot in the log. Same for ******Lunch****** and so on.
