Hi,
I hope this is the correct forum for this question.
Is there a simple way to transfer one days total food entry list into a subsequent day instead of re-entering them all from scratch?

on your foods page for the current day, click on "view my recent foods". it breaks down previous days into a checklist. just check all the boxes you want and then click "add checked" at the top of the page. it will carry over those foods, with the same serving sizes, ounces, etc. to your new day.
