OK, I know this may sound slightly gross.
![]() Is there any way to decrease intake or add to activities (increase calories out) to account for vomiting in the food log? ![]() Some friends and I were wondering. Robin |

See a doctor. Bulemia is extremely dangerous to long-term health.
If you're just vomiting becaues you're sick, I suggest not worrying about accounting for one or two vomit episodes. It won't make a difference in the long-run. |
