I did a little math and keep it on a sticky note near the screen.
1 teaspoon = 10 grams or .02 cup
3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon
.33 Tablespoon = 1 teaspoon
1 Tablespoon = 28 grams or .06 cup
1/4 cup = .25 cup
1/2 cup - .5 cup
1 oz. = 28 grams
8 oz. = 1 cup
I do wish that fitday had the calories for 1 bite, "small", "regular", "big" or "extra big". Now that would be quite helpful to me.
