Default Pie Chart

Hi there

I am new to FitDay. Please excuse stupid question but I've been unable to find the answer. How should one's pie chart look in terms of fat, carbohydrate, protein distribution? Today's pie chart for me has carbohydrate at around 40% of my intake, and protein at 30% and fat 30%.

What is the ideal?

I hate to say it, but every body is a little different, and your pie all depends on what you need and what you're hoping to accomplish. Some like 50 carbs, 30 proteins, 20 fats. Others go for 33% all 'round, and I think the low carbers are like 40carbs, 40 proteins, 20 fats.

Thanks so much almeeker for your reply. After I posted that question, some googling that I did revealed pretty much what you've said. I appreciate your response because it confirms it.
