I hate to say it, but every body is a little different, and your pie all depends on what you need and what you're hoping to accomplish. Some like 50 carbs, 30 proteins, 20 fats. Others go for 33% all 'round, and I think the low carbers are like 40carbs, 40 proteins, 20 fats.
