don't understand Nutrition chart
What does it mean when a number is in red or green? I am new to this and don't understand how it works yet. If it's in red, does that mean that I didn't get enough of that vitamin that day?
Yes, green means that you have achieved the % RDA for that nutrient for the day. Red means you have not yet reached your % RDA.
That's not necessarily true. It is quite possible for someone to enter 100% RDA of a vitamin, and have the nutrition chart read in the red.
I'd really like to know how this is possible.
