Special diets
 

I have just joined fit day for health reasons as well as weight loss. I have recently been diagnosed with a positive RA factor for Rheumotoid Arthritis.

I do not want to go on medication as of yet and was wondering if anyone has an holistic approach to working with this disease (as well as weight loss)

I have done some research via internet on the night shade family of vegetables and am totally confused.

Any help would be welcome
