Me either
This is obviously a fitday marketing scheme to get you to buy fitday PC.
To the Fitday higher-ups: This will not work. Pay-only sites only work when there isn't much competition and you have a unique product. You have dozens of competetors including Kaiser (who has their own nutrition site) I'll give you an example: several years ago, TurboTax put copy protection on their discs after years without it. Result, their business fell more than the pirating cost them. next year, back to no protection and business returned. Just a word from the wise, keep it free with banners. otherwise you will fade into the oblivion of so many other websites.
That being said, I do love Fitday, and hope you will make the right decisions.

I signed up for the one year paid membership last week and it won't let me plan past December either. Does anybody actually run this site anymore?

I can set mine
I have been a member of Fitday for years (the free site).
I just went in recently (June) and set my goal for Dec 2011. I don't recall having a real problem doing it.
Choose the Dec. 2010 and then see if you can edit it by typing in the date you want.

Same thing last year in 2009, I was able to set a goal in 2010.
