What would an ideal calorie pie chart look like?
What would be the ideal percentages to target for carbs vs. protein vs. fat on the calorie pie chart?
from the nutritonist (doc) who sent me to fitday in the first place:
20-35% calories = fat ( but always less than 40 grams/day)
45-65% calories = carbs
10-35% calories = protein
Shethen said play around with the low and high ends of each range to see what your individual metabolism can handle ( or not)
