How to send food log reports to someone
 

Hey! I am noob and I need to figure out how to send my daily food log to my trainer. Can anyone help me find a thread that tells me how to do this or give me some instructions? Thanks so much!!!

The only way I know to save and send a food log is to use a tool such as Microsoft's OneNote to save the screen clipping. Then sending that as an e-mail is a different step. I haven't tried it. I often use OneNote to save screen clippings.
