My Net Cal number is -2105 (in red!). What the heck does that mean. And, my calorie budget is 1143. Wow! That's not much food! Should I move my target date out? Thanks. I'm brand new - don't have the hang of things yet. Is there a sticky or thread that explains everything so I don't ask a bunch of questions that already have answers on this forum? Thanks.
